This webinar will help a person who notices that they have an irregular heart rate that might be atrial fibrillation (AF) or knows that they have been diagnosed as having AF and is being treated for it, to use a range of digital aids like apps and pulse checking devices to self-care. This will help them (or their carer or family member) to take more responsibility for their health and wellbeing. The webinar has been produced by an NHS team of doctors, nurses and digital experts focusing on trusted digital aids.
